Warranty, Policies & Disclaimers
This page contains general warranty terms, shop policies, and important disclaimers.
For privacy and data handling, see our
Privacy & Disclaimer page.
1) Estimate Disclaimer (Online & In-Person)
- All estimates are preliminary until the vehicle is inspected in person and repairs are authorized.
- Hidden damage may be discovered after disassembly. Additional parts, labor, and/or sublet work may be required.
- Insurance approvals, parts availability, and supplement processing may affect timelines and totals.
2) Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our repair workmanship. If a concern arises that is directly related to our workmanship, we will inspect the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, prior damage, aftermarket modifications, or issues unrelated to our repair.
Paint match and finish can vary due to existing paint age, factory variances, sun fade, and adjacent panels. Blending is sometimes necessary to achieve the best possible match.
3) Personal Property
- Please remove personal belongings before drop-off (valuables, cash, electronics, important documents, etc.).
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle (including trunk/glove box/console).
- If items must remain, notify us at drop-off.
4) Weather / Acts of Nature
- Vehicles may be parked indoors or outdoors depending on workflow and available space.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, hail, wind, flooding, falling debris, or acts of nature beyond our control.
- Maintain active comprehensive insurance coverage throughout the repair process.
5) Pre-Existing / Unrelated Mechanical Issues
- Collision repairs focus on body/structure/refinish. Mechanical/electrical issues may be unrelated or pre-existing.
- Some vehicles require scans, calibrations, or sublet services per manufacturer procedures.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures that occur during the repair timeline.
6) Parts & Materials
- Parts may be OEM, aftermarket, recycled/used, or reconditioned as approved by customer and/or insurer.
- Availability, shipping delays, and backorders may extend repair time.
- Some fasteners/clips/sensors may require replacement during proper repair.
7) Payment, Storage & Pickup
- Payment is due at pickup unless prior written arrangements are made.
- Insurance payments issued to the policyholder must be paid to the repair facility along with deductible/short-pay amounts.
- Vehicles not picked up promptly after completion may be subject to storage fees where permitted by law.
8) Test Drives / Vehicle Movement
- Test drives may be performed to confirm repair quality, noises, alignment, or calibrations.
- Vehicles may be moved on/off premises for workflow or sublet services when necessary.
9) Website / Communication
- Submitting an online request does not create a binding agreement to perform repairs.
- We may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your request.
