How It Works

Our repair process is designed to ensure safe, accurate, manufacturer-approved repairs. Here’s what to expect from consultation to pickup.

Step 1
Consultation Appointment

We review the vehicle damage and write an estimate if needed.

If you already have an insurance estimate we can use it as a starting point.

Initial estimates are visual and additional parts or labor are often discovered later.

Step 2
Insurance Approval

If this is an insurance claim the estimate must be approved before scheduling.

Insurance may issue payment to the policyholder which must be paid to the repair facility along with any deductible.

Step 3
Schedule for Repair

Once approval is received we schedule your vehicle for the next available repair slot.

Step 4
Drop-Off / Check-In

Repair authorization paperwork is completed and the vehicle is checked in for repairs.

Step 5
Inspection & Disassembly

The vehicle is scanned, inspected, and disassembled to locate hidden damage.

Step 6
Supplement Approval

Additional damage discovered during disassembly is submitted to insurance for approval.

Step 7
Parts Procurement

All parts are ordered using the vehicle VIN to ensure correct fitment.

Step 8
Body & Mechanical Repairs

Structural repairs, panel replacement, and bodywork are completed following manufacturer guidelines.

Step 9
Refinish Process

Panels are prepped, primed, painted, and clear-coated in a controlled spray booth.

Step 10
Reassembly

The vehicle is reassembled and all repairs are inspected for quality.

Step 11
Calibration & Final Checks

ADAS sensors, cameras, and safety systems are calibrated and scanned.

Step 12
Wash & Pickup

Your vehicle is washed and inspected before pickup and final paperwork is completed.
